Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the facility and to/from shipping/receiving areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on role.
