Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ devices
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Lead system upgrades and patch management cycles
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure management experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and automation tools (Ansible)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware) and containerization (Docker)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional on-site visits required)
