Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in direct hire roles
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for data manipulation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
