- Manage 8-12 weekend staff members, ensuring optimal scheduling and performance
- Oversee store operations during peak weekend hours (Fri-Sun)
- Implement visual merchandising and inventory control procedures
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and discretion
- Analyze weekend sales data to develop improvement strategies
- Train new associates on company protocols and safety standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of NYC retail market trends
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
