Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and safety.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
