Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and count items received for accuracy, checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations accurately.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending/reaching frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
