Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to strict quality standards.
- Operate standard manufacturing equipment and machinery safely.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure packaging is secure.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate (required for EB3 classification).
- Experience: No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Language: Basic English communication skills required.
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for EB3 Visa sponsorship or currently possess a valid work permit.
- Availability: Must be willing to work full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
