Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews while mentoring junior engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables
- Optimize system performance through rigorous testing and debugging protocols
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous integration
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Document technical specifications and maintain clean, modular codebases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and Python
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Scrum Master) considered a plus
