Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label goods securely for shipment, utilizing appropriate materials and machinery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or shipping delays promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for our training program.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if performing outdoor duties.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
