Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy in stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers according to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
