Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship daily orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time tracking
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support warehouse operations during peak seasons and special projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
