Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper placement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock audits.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly without injury.
