Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot
- Create compelling content for blog posts, email newsletters, and social media channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging visual assets
- Generate monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Strong proficiency in social media marketing and content creation
- Experience managing PPC campaigns with $10K+ monthly budgets
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus for Miami market
