Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using appropriate handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
