Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (forklift operation requires certification)
- Reliable transportation to warehouse locations in Kenner, Metairie, or Algiers
- Basic smartphone proficiency for timesheet app usage
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts (4-12 hour blocks)
