Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and health standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
