Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance and productivity standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
