Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders in temperature-controlled warehouses
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Use handheld scanners for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for 8-10 hour shifts on concrete floors
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to South Seattle locations
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
