Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure inventory accuracy during the receiving and stocking processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for shift coverage).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
