Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and count items received, ensuring accuracy against shipping documents.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and conveyor systems, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory management, including picking, packing, and labeling orders for shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (training provided if needed).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
