Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and manual handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes
