Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent experience)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to our San Antonio facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
