Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using loading docks and forklifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification (if available, otherwise willing to train).
