Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work early morning/afternoon shifts (4-10am or 2-10pm)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Arch Street facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
