Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform receiving and put-away duties, ensuring all inventory is accurately logged into the system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor setting is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
