Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Complete daily timekeeping and payroll documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to South Minneapolis location
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work early morning or evening shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
