Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Load/unload trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee worksites
