Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship merchandise in climate-controlled warehouses
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory systems using barcode scanners
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily quotas
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to Miami work sites
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work weekends/holidays (peak season)
- Comfortable standing for 8+ hour shifts
