Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and recording daily movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to update inventory systems in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
