Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all outgoing stock meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet daily targets.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles accurately and securely.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills required for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Valid UK driving license (desirable but not mandatory).
- Experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
