Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery trucks
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Florida driver's license (for forklift operation)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation to Rivergate Blvd location
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work morning/afternoon shifts
