Your Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily throughput targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are essential.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
