Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse storage zones and safety standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Document inventory movements in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for time tracking
- Valid government-issued ID and SSN for onboarding
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Reliable transportation to Oakland worksite
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
