Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
