Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, count, and stock incoming inventory to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
