Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet strict daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous roles.
- License: Valid driver's license and forklift certification (if applicable) are a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
