Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid government-issued photo ID and social security card
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth warehouse
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Ability to stand 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must have active bank account for daily pay transfers
