Responsibilities
- Perform efficient inventory management and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Complete accurate documentation using digital tracking systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Texas Driver's License for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team collaboration
