Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, hazard-free workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Complete daily timesheets and performance documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
