Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for daily distribution to retail partners
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through strategic pallet racking and slot optimization
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with digital records
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and hazard awareness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient with basic inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
