Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming shipments and accurately verify inventory records
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid state-issued driver's license and clean MVR
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Easton Gateway facility
