Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for timely shipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid California driver's license (forklift experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and inventory tracking proficiency
- Reliable transportation to East Fresno facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
