Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments in a timely and efficient manner
- Sort and organize incoming inventory and prepare outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
