Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check, verify, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
