Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and package merchandise according to company standards to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided if needed), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality to minimize returns and customer complaints.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
