Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the Columbus facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with high accuracy to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
