Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing shelves.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
