Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label merchandise according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to North Charlotte industrial park
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
