Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace to prevent accidents.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using scanners and computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
