Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory counts using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adapt to dynamic workflow adjustments during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid state-issued ID and ability to pass background screening
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
